Millinery at Moxie

I’ve got to admit I am starting to enjoy shooting hats. Not only are you looking to show each creation in the best possible light and at the best angle but you also have to get a beauty shot of your model, taking into account hair style and make up at the same.   The hats and this will come as no surprise are made by my sister Georgina, Make up was by Sharon Dmake Assisted by Aidan Judge,  our model was Abby Harris at Assets.

It’s so great to have a space to shoot these days and Moxie is just perfect. I had a lot of fun on this shoot and all thanks to a great team. On the last shot of the day the black hat with veil we wanted some wind and so everyone just grabbed what they could find and started flapping, so funny it was hard to shoot but loved every minute of it, Maybe it’s time to get a wind machine?
